Baseline growth 2022-23 was 5%; all OA baseline 3%, non-OA 7%.

Breakdown was:
pure Gold journals 0%, i.e. no change,
Bronze 5% growth,
Gold in mixed journals jumped 31%,
Green was 15% down.
