Contract research organisation using court action to challenge data transparency

The UK Health Research Authority is facing a legal review over its work to advance clinical trial transparency, the Guardian reported this week. The legal review was launched by Richmond Pharmacology Ltd, a contract research organisation (CRO) that runs clinical trials on behalf of pharmaceutical companies.
